Absence of Agency & Third-Party Non-Liability: LivingVN is neither an agent, broker, contractor, guarantor, nor operational partner of any listed enterprise. All commercial retainers, residential leases, legal representations, medical treatments, and international schooling agreements are executed strictly and exclusively between the client and the respective service provider. LivingVN explicitly disclaims any civil, administrative, or financial liability for commercial defaults, malpractice, contractual breaches, regulatory rejections, or deposit disputes arising from engagements with listed third parties.

3. Neutrality, Fee Model & Integrity of Rankings

To preserve uncompromising editorial neutrality and eliminate conflict of interest, LivingVN enforces two fundamental commercial covenants:

Zero Paid Rankings: Listed positioning cannot be purchased. Search ordering is governed strictly by geographical relevance and neutral practice disciplines.

Annual compliance vetting fees remitted by accredited members fund documentary verification, credential screening, and platform maintenance. Payment of a vetting fee does not guarantee accreditation or immunity from deregistration if operational benchmarks are breached.
