2. English Desk Stress-Test
Direct communication audits with front-office management to ensure fluent, precise English handling of contracts, clinical reports, and tenancy covenants without intermediary distortion.
3. Pricing Covenant Review
Strict prohibition of arbitrary foreigner surcharges. Rental contracts must reflect official EVN electricity tiers; legal practices must specify fixed retainers; healthcare providers must honor published direct-billing tariffs.
4. Continuous Dispute Monitoring
Post-listing monitoring of community reports, lease deposit escrow handling, and municipal registration compliance (Tạm trú). Failures trigger immediate probation or delisting.
Zero-Commission Structural Integrity
LivingVN accepts neither referral kickbacks nor affiliate commissions from listed hospitals, law firms, real estate agencies, or coworking hubs. This structural separation ensures that an accredited provider is listed solely on the basis of verified administrative compliance and peer repute.
The Revocation Policy
Accreditation is not perpetual. A provider is automatically placed under compliance review or delisted if substantiated community reports demonstrate arbitrary utility markups, failure to execute foreigner police registrations (Tạm trú), or unannounced fee escalations.
